Welcome to Safer London’s media hub.

We understand the importance of working alongside media professionals when trying to raise awareness of the issues and challenges that young Londoners and their families affected by violence and exploitation experience.

On this page you will find details of our spokespeople, our areas of expertise, news and updates and details of how to contact our media team.

Young Londoners and families who use our services.

We do not provide access to young Londoners or their families that use Safer London services for reactive media requests.

It’s important to understand that the young Londoners and families we work with have experienced unthinkable trauma. As a safeguarding organisation our number one priority is the welfare of those we work alongside, ensuring they are not put in situations where they could be potentially retraumatised.

Our spokespeople

Below are members of the Safer London team who are available to comment on a range of topics relating to children and young people, and violence and exploitation.

Please make any request for an interview through the media team.
