Share Your Story
We’re looking for people who’ve previously accessed Safer London’s support to share their experiences of working with us.
By telling your story in a way that feels right for you, you can help inspire others, show the real impact of our work and celebrate your personal journey.
Why we’re collecting stories
To encourage others who may be facing similar challenges to seek support.
To demonstrate the value and long‑term impact of Safer London’s work. These stories help us show our difference to partners, funders and our wider community, which in turn supports our ability to continue offering vital help to even more young people.
To empower you to share your story in the way you want it to be told.
We’re especially keen to hear from people who engaged with our services some time ago, as your perspective helps show the longer‑term impact of support.
Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority. We understand that your story may include sensitive and upsetting experiences We’ll meet with you up to two times prior to filming or writing to make sure you feel comfortable, understand the process and feel supported every step of the way.
How you can share your story
You can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you:
- A filmed on‑camera interview
- A written piece created through a guided conversation
Whatever format you choose, we’ll work with you closely to ensure your story reflects your voice and your wishes.
Where your story may appear
Your story may be shared:
- On Safer London’s website
- On our social media channels
