Safer London Young Researchers
The Safer London Young Researchers are a group of young Londoners who work with us to shape and strengthen our research projects.
Each researcher brings their lived experience, insight and perspective to help us understand what life is really like for young people affected by harm.
They support us to design research, test ideas and explore the issues that matter most to young Londoners. By involving young people directly in this work, our research becomes more accurate, more grounded and more reflective of the realities children and young people face.
The insight they share helps influence the wider systems around young people - including statutory services and other professionals who play a role in keeping young Londoners safe.
Our Young Researchers programme makes sure the voices of those most affected aren’t just included - they’re shaping the thinking, learning and decisions that lead to change.
